6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the services. Xpherium retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

Xpherium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request data export before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
